Privacy PolicyEffective date: October 28, 2026
FaithLyft is operated by Two Girls and a Bible Inc. ("FaithLyft," "we," "us," or "our") to help churches and faith-based outreach ministries coordinate voluntary, uncompensated rides among their own members. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the FaithLyft app and website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Account information. When you join FaithLyft, we collect your name, email address, and the church or ministry you're joining (via your organization's join code).
Driver profile information (optional). If you choose to offer rides as a driver, we collect your home address or approximate home location, the radius you're willing to drive, and your availability. This information is only used to match you with nearby ride requests from members of your own church.
Ride activity. When you request or offer a ride, we collect the details you enter, such as pickup location, destination, and requested time, so your church's members can coordinate the ride.
Church registration information. When a church administrator registers their organization, we collect the church's name, address (optional), and the administrator's name and contact information.
Technical information. We may collect limited device information (such as a push notification token) so we can notify you about ride requests and matches.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use the information above to match riders and drivers within the same church or ministry, let church administrators manage their member list and approve drivers, send notifications about ride requests, matches, and account activity, and operate, maintain, and improve the app.
FaithLyft does not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your information to anyone.
LOCATION INFORMATION
FaithLyft does not track your location continuously or in the background. Location information is limited to what you choose to provide, such as a driver's approximate home address, or the pickup and destination details you enter for a specific ride, and is used only to connect you with other members of your own church.
HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
Your information is visible only to members of your own church or ministry, never to members of other organizations using FaithLyft. We do not share, sell, or rent your information to advertisers or unaffiliated third parties.
We work with service providers who help us operate FaithLyft, including hosting and database providers, and the app stores and push notification services that deliver the app and notifications to your device. These providers only access information as needed to provide their services to us, under confidentiality obligations.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety of our users.
DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can ask your church administrator, or contact us directly, to have your account and associated information deleted.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
FaithLyft is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will remove it.
SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls that limit each church's data to its own members and administrators. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the app.
